Thank you for shopping with BOTTASS. This shipping policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping rates.
Order Processing Time
All orders will begin processing on Monday 28th September, 2026. They will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
During peak periods or sales, processing may be delayed by an extra 2-3 days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships out.
Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BOTTASS is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at shop@bottass.com.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim, then notify our support team.
